PDC Setup Instructions

PDC is a piece of software we are providing to our larger payroll clients as a tool to instruct us of their pay data each pay period.

Each pay period we will provide you with a template to work from which will include any new starters, and any adjustments to current staff wages, you have advised us of.

This template can then be loaded within the PDC software to see all of the fixed pay data we hold for each employee.  This can be amended and variable pay items (such as overtime, back pay etc.) can be added.

Firstly, the PDC software needs to be installed on your computer - using the ZIP file provided.

This will then save the unzipped folder into your downloads area:

Double click on the InstallErPDC:

Click Run:

Click Next:

Click Next:

Click Next:

This will then commence the installation, which may take some time:

Once the installation is complete, click close:

You will then see the following icon on your desktop:
