ePayslips Employee Guide

Go to the website my.epayslips.com

Use the login ID and PIN provided to you by your employer.  When first logging into the site you may be prompted to enter additional information.  This is for security if you should ever forget your PIN in the future.

Once logged in, you will see the following homepage:

From here, you can change your PIN, update your details and view the terms and conditions.

If you click on Payslips at the top, it will provide you with your payslip history to view (click on the pay date hyperlink) or download as PDF.

The figure shown in "This Year" only shows the payments that have been processed through Star for the current tax year.  So, in the first month of processing within Star this figure will be identical to the gross pay in "Amount".

The cumulative pay details for the current tax year can be found at the bottom of the payslip within "Total taxable pay to date" section, and this should be the figure referred to for year to date queries.
